Pack A Backpack For the Homeless!

Be a part of the Christmas season in a special way! We are filling backpacks for the homeless! Pick up a backpack from the church, fill it with some much needed items for the homeless and return it to the church by Sunday, December 11th. Suggested packing lists are provided inside each backpacks, but the packing lists are also posted below for convenience.

Backpack Pick-up Dates: Nov 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th
Drop-off your packed backpack(s) until Sunday, Dec 11th

(Can be dropped off Sundays during services or M-Th 9am-5pm at the front desk).

Help With The Delivery!

You can also join us in distributing all 120 filled backpacks to the Mental Health Association of Orange County in Santa Ana! MHA is a non-profit, Orange County, CA based social services organization. Their Homeless Multi-Service Center is open Monday-Friday, including holidays, 6:30am – 4:30pm serving meals, providing showers, laundry, access to county mental health clinics and much more. We will be meeting at the church at 7:00am to load the backpacks and then carpooling to MHA to set up tables in their parking lot to distribute the backpacks. We will also be giving out holiday cookies along with the packs. This event should go no later than 1:00pm. Breakfast will be provided at the church. To sign up, email Pastor Nate here.
