Family Camping Trip

Join our families with kids at Pacific Hills for special camping trip to Doheny Campgrounds this summer.

Families with kids (under 18) are invited to join our families ministry for a special camping experience at the Doheny State Campgrounds.

There will be daily activities, devotionals, s’mores, campfires, surfing and more!!!!

Each day of our lives, we are making deposits in the memory banks of our children.

-Chuck Swindoll

Each day will feature a simple schedule meant to allow plenty of time for your family to enjoy each other and God’s creation. You can expect families with children of all ages to be camping with us. This is not programmed like a family retreat, but Pastor Justin will teach daily devotionals and there will be some Bible stories around the campfire!

Here’s a glimpse of the daily schedule that you are welcomed to participate in:

Breakfast | Morning activity | Beach Time | Lunch | Beach Time | Dinner | Campfire/S’mores | Evening Devo/Bible Story

The church will provide the camping space. Please note that our group facilities will ONLY ALLOW TENT CAMPING. The campsite provides a bbq, a water spigot, showers, restrooms, a bonfire pit, tables, and a beautiful beachfront view. There is a limited amount of parking and it will be made available to those that register the earliest.

Families must provide their own tents and camping gear. You are also in charge of your own meals while camping. We ask that you do not bring alcohol. Feel free to bring surfboards, bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, and any other camping related leisure equipment. Sorry, NO pets or dogs are allowed.

Register soon, SPOTS ARE LIMITED

The campground has a strict 40 person policy. We ask that you only register for nights that you can attend. Overbooking and cancellations mean that others cannot attend.
